Heretic Bonus: I Guested on the "Pray for Micah" Podcast
we laughed, we cried, we talked about whether our cats will eat us when we die
I love podcasts! They’re the most entertaining way to drown out the noise of my children squabbling over whether Storm Troopers could ever plausibly battle at Hogwarts. The only trouble is that with the podcasting explosion of the past few years it can be hard to find a quality podcast that suits your interests, which is why I was so stoked to find the Pray for Micah podcast because 1.) That name is incredible, and 2.) Micah Chrisman talks about “art, activism, spirituality, and our cosmic (in)significance” which are all things I L-O-V-E.
I was thrilled to chat recently with Micah about a wide range of topics including raising anti-racist kids, the perils of perfectionism, and whether John Calvin was full of shit. (PSA: there’s definitely salty language in this podcast, so do not blast it in your minivan on the way to grandma’s house.) You can find the podcast at this link or check it out on the podplayer of your choosing.
